Cancellation Policy

Sedan Cars & Vans

  • Cancellation 3 or more days prior to the scheduled private Experience:
    • Refund: Full refund
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled private Experience or No Show:
    • Refund: No refund
    Note: If a cancellation request is not submitted before 48 hours of the scheduled private Experience, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Minibus & Coach Bus

This cancellation policy applies to minibus and coach bus rentals.

  • Cancellation 30 or more days prior to your scheduled charter bus service:
    • Refund: Full refund (no cancellation fee).
  • Cancellation between 7 and 29 days (inclusive) prior to your scheduled charter bus service:
    • Refund: 25% of the total payment.
    • Cancellation Fee: 75% of the total payment.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled charter bus service:
    • Refund: No refund.
    • Cancellation Fee: 100% of the total payment.

Note: Similar to the sedan and van policy, a cancellation request needs to be submitted before the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • For full refunds via credit card or PayPal:
    • A 6% transaction fee will be deducted. These fees typically cover the cost incurred by the merchant or service provider for processing the refund through the credit card network. This means that if you’re receiving a refund via credit card, 6% of the refunded amount will be deducted as a fee before the remaining balance is credited back to your card.
  • Refunds processed by wire transfer:
    • Any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

Cancellation/Refund Process:

  • All cancellations must be initiated by contacting Athens Cabs support at info@athenscabs.com.
  • Include in your email the booking confirmation message or necessary information such as Order number, Order date, Billing address, etc.

Processing Time:

  • Processing Your Request (1-5 Business Days):
    The first step involves us reviewing your cancellation or refund request. This may take anywhere between one to five business days. During this time, our team might need to verify details before approving the refund.
  • Receiving Your Funds (5-10 Business Days):
    Once we approve your request, you can expect the money to be back in your bank account within an additional 5-10 business days. This is because the bank needs to process the refund transaction on their end.

Communication:

  • Verbal or over-the-phone requests and voicemails will not be acknowledged.
