The first zone “Athens City”, refers to any routes that concern the city of Athens and its surroundings.
The second zone “Entire Greece”, encompasses locations outside of Athens and can be booked for long-distance trips within Greece.
The private driver service charging by the hour allows you to hire a dedicated driver and vehicle for a specified duration. Instead of paying per trip or distance, you pay for the driver’s time on an hourly basis.
No, there are no additional charges for waiting time or extra stops.
When you order a “wait” service, it means the driver will remain at the specified location, ready to pick you up whenever you’re ready. They won’t leave to take on another job. So, if you decide to leave earlier than planned, the driver will be there to take you back.
The hourly rate covers the driver’s time and the use of the designated vehicle. It also includes amenities such as fuel, tolls, parking fees, and insurance. However, additional services like airport pickups incur an extra charge.
The minimum duration for hiring a private driver is typically 3 hours, while the maximum hours can extend up to a full day or even longer for special arrangements.
The hourly rate for a private driver is determined based on the duration starting from when the passengers board the vehicle until the predetermined reservation time has elapsed.
Yes, you can extend the duration of the private driver service if needed. However, this is subject to availability and the driver’s schedule. It’s recommended to communicate your requirement for an extension in advance to ensure a smooth arrangement.

Not if your trip stays within Athens city and its suburbs — you’re free to direct the driver in real time. However, sharing a rough plan in advance helps us match you with the right vehicle and driver. If your trip extends outside this zone, please share your planned route in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Complimentary waiting time depends on your pickup location: 45 minutes for airport pickups, 30 minutes for seaport or train station pickups, and 15 minutes for hotel or apartment pickups. Since this service is hourly, waiting time is separate from your booked hours — but if you’re not at the pickup point by the end of the complimentary waiting time, the booking may be marked as a Customer No-Show with no refund. Your driver will try to contact you by text, WhatsApp, Viber, or phone before this happens.
